All reservations must be guaranteed with a Visa or MasterCard number in order to hold the reservation.
No refunds for early departures.
If you need to cancel your reservation, we will be happy to refund you (minus a $25.00 administration fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before your intended arrival date. Otherwise, if you need to cancel and we fill your room, we will give you a refund on the following scale:
• With 3-13 days’ notice: 100% refund (minus $25.00)
• With 2 days’ notice: 50% refund
• 24 hours or less: sorry, no refund
If we are unable to fill the room with less than 14 days’ notice, we cannot refund your money.
